Chairman of the Board of International Relations, has been a member of the Dayton Lions Club since 1924, served it as president and in other
capacities, and was District 13-C governor in 1944-45. A Master Key member, Lion Wiseman headed the state committee for the 30th anniversary of Lionism in Ohio. Born in Frederick County, Md., Lion Wiseman received his law degree from University of Cincinnati Law College and was judge of the Court of Appeals of Ohio. He is a Lutheran, a Mason, and a member of LO.O.F., Knights of Pythias, and Eagles.
 He was married and had one son, a law student.
